The Camp Wilson Fitness Center offers cardio and functional fitness equipment similar to what unit’s will have when forward deployed. We have the capability to go 24/7 when training exercises are underway.
The Community Center Gym has a state-of-art Fitness Center. The Fitness Center is available to patrons 18 years and older. There is a rowing machines, ellipticals, an arc trainer and treadmills.
Del Valle Fitness Area is an elite outdoor strength and conditioning facility suitable for Unit PT or individual workout sessions year-round.
The East Gym offers indoor racquetball courts, a co-ed dry sauna, free weights, selectorized cable machines, treadmills, ellipticals, ski-ergs, assault bikes and rowers. We also offer an outdoor functional fitness patio providing a variety of equipment including squat racks, plyo boxes, dumbbells, kettlebells, landmines and pull-up bars. A new outdoor fitness area is under construction and will be coming soon to support Unit PT, functional fitness, and everything you need for aerobic, agility, strength and power workouts.
The West Gym offers a co-ed sauna and steam room, gymnasium, rock climbing cave, hypoxic training chamber and two cardio rooms. Cardio rooms include treadmills, ellipticals, stair steppers and a variety of stationary bikes. The West Gym also offers Keiser equipment equipped with pneumatic technology. The outdoor turf area is capable of supporting individual and small Unit PT sessions, providing a variety of outdoor fitness equipment including platforms, racks, ropes, sleds and everything you need for aerobic, agility, strength and power workouts.
Wilburn Gym is an elite strength and conditioning facility capable of providing to the beginner to the Elite level athlete. It features a powerlifting area with full and half racks, Keiser equipment equipped with pneumatic technology, an Olympic lifting area and Hammer Strength plate loaded equipment. It also offers a strongman area with log bars, yokes, sleds and atlas stones. An indoor turf area provides an ideal environment for developing speed, endurance and agility. Wilburn Gym houses a variety of cardio equipment, including manual powered ellipticals and treadmills, assault bikes, rowers and high speed treadmills capable of 30+mph and 40 degree inclines. To assist in the readiness and recovery efforts, Wilburn Gym has various options for myofascial release, stretching bands and Pneumex vibration platforms. Wilburn can accommodate individual, small group and Unit PT when coordinated with the Warrior Athlete Strength & Conditioning Coordinator.
