The West Gym offers great amenities for anyone's workout including, certified aerobic instructors, sauna, steam room, basketball court and cardio equipment with individual LCD screens.
The Community Center Gym has a state-of-art Fitness Center. The Fitness Center is available to patrons 18 years and older. There are rowing machines, elliptical machines, exercise bikes and a treadmill.
The Camp Wilson Fitness Center offers 4 TV's and a 5 speaker stereo system for your enjoyment. If you bring in a CD that you would like to listen to during your workout, we'll play it providing it has no vulgar or degrading lyrics. Although towels are provided, there are no locker rooms available.
MCCS personal trainers will perform a fitness assessment to find your base-line fitness level and body composition. The micro-fit assessment measures weight, body fat percentage, bicep strength, back flexibility and VO2 max (the ability to sustain cardiovascular exertion). The trainer will then develop an exercise plan specifically tailored to your needs, guide you through your personalized plan and advise you on any changes in eating habits that may be needed.
